Order & delivery:
Regarding your purchase, you proceed directly to the order to pay via our website and our e-shop with your credit card (secure payment). It is also possible to make bank transfer, otherwise if you prefer to pay in currency and collect your work at our studio you can make an appointment sending us an e-mail.
Once the payment is made, we will send you your artwork in its custom-made pouch, accompanied by its certificate of authenticity and your invoice.
With Symetria, the artworks are sent flat in their custom-made sleeves.
Shipping charges may apply depending on the size and destination of the package. The shipment is made as soon as possible and the tracking code of your package will be communicated to you. You can calculate the shipping costs in the checkout process before confirming your order.
Your order should be delivered within 2–3 days in France and to other European countries. Orders to be delivered outside of Europe will take 4–10 days, depending of course on customs clearance.
NB: depending on the destination of the packages, different companies can be used: UPS, DHL, La Poste or FedEx.
